Gents,
Looking for suggestions of images for classic Tolkien Corsairs to use as painting guides. My Google Fu is weak.

I would say:

Dark Browns
Dark Grays

with some:

Dark Blues & Purples

But since they were a very sizeable group of individuals you could decide to go with a group with brighter colors.

But their fleet was called the "Black Fleet" for a reason.

Thank you Mithmee. I always took it that the name The Black Fleet came from the color of the ships and sails. Not Necessarily the Corsairs themselves.
