Well, I'm binge watching the whole 67 prior episodes On Demand. Sadly, I'm all caught up. A few questions and "what if's". What ever possessed Mel to assume that Stannis was the Man? In the books, right after Jaime earned his Kingslayer nickname, Ned Stark encounters him sitting on the Iron Throne. But not in the show.
It's implied he was keeping it warm for his Dad.
What if Tywin became King? I think he would have been a good one. Ruthless but not Mad. Plus he had a sound political mind.
What if Ned becomes King? Both Jaime and Cersei thought he blew it when he turned it down.
Instead we ended up with that slob Robert. Anyway…
