Last night I lined up every single 28mm French Napoleonic figure I've ever painted since the early 2000s – the first time I've paraded them all together.
Because they're so ubiquitous, I had quite forgotten how spectacular a Napoleonic French army can look. Check out the infantry here: link Some sample pics from the above link:

That is what everyone needs to do with their figs. Parade them. Thanks for sharing. |

Very impressive my friend! You are so right to remind us all to do this once in a while, we should spend more reviewing time with our painted soldiers. Too often they sit tucked away in cabinets or boxes, not forgotten of course, but you need to give your creative juices a boost now and then just by looking at them properly. |

Hmmm, do I detect a new craze possibly starting up here? Parading and displaying our miniature armies instead of wargaming them. But it would be interesting to see the armies of other wargamers and I can imagine some very interesting displays will be forthcoming. I think Arteis02 has certainly set the standard so far. |

Very well done. Toy and model soldiers always look better en masse. |

Lovely figures. why is it so often that the losing side has the most iconic uniforms. |

I won't go into my feelings on "campaign dress," but will point out that I also have a 9th line regiment. Just as a matter of trivia, they were all Italians. Now I'm wondering if they were part of Eugene's corps in the 1812. |
