Hey all, im looking for affordable or bulk-packed horses, preferably saddled or harnessed for limbers. Anyone have ideas? My research has turned up plenty in other sizes, but not much in 1/72. Metal, plastic or whatever, a lot of them will be for piles of dead horses in a diorama, but im also searching for some 6-horse limber teams. Had found some from HAT (French artillery limber) but they're out of stock. Thanks for any and all leads. |

Not limber horses but I got a couple of boxes each of 72 horses from Eagle Games made as spares for their board games. All the same pose. You can see them on Plastic Soldier Review link |

Eagle Games are great sturdy horses, they stand up well. HaT French artillery limber are another great choice, as you know, but the other French wagon sets are pretty good too. ykreol.com/ykreol72.html Ykreol makes a lot of dead horses and dead figures. Their Custer sets is good.
Good luck on your search. Getting good horses his hard. Mike Bunkermeister Creek Bunker Talk blog |

Check out Newline Design and SHQ. Also Musket Miniatures is supposedly producing the 22mm line again. |
