Some P Pig mix I found, Irregular a few can do.
The thing they need be in a mix of European dress but with the distinct Afro faces and hair no?

I repainted a few of Minifigs' pirate figures to provide laborers for an AWI artillery battery-- in this scale it's really not necessary to look for any distinctive racial features. Everything looked OK when finished.

Grumpys Miniatures had some 15mms Cimaroons with muskets that might work.

Essex miniatures 15mm Zulus are very useful. Negro features with great detail and posing, wearing only a loin cloth. Shields mostly separate. With a little miliput the loincloth can be turned into breaches, shorts or even just a small cloth wrapping as can be seen on slaves in contemporary West Indies illustrations. As the 18thCentury advanced, slaves are sometimes depicted with slightly more clothing.

Missed this one. The armed ones can be converted and others kept for future Caribbean stories.
Thanks. When I get the various things done, I will put a page for it on my site.
