Those are really nice – plastics really do make a full artillery train that much more affordable!

Nice work, gun limbers and cassions are lacking in my armies but will get to them some day.

A fully rigged limber team, with the trees and traces, looks amazing. You don't see many metal limber teams with such detail.

Nice. I should have gone to plastics instead of metals. Thanks for posting.

Paul. On Facebook? Thanks

Pauls Bods03 Feb 2019 3:48 a.m. PST

Thanks all :-)

@ Marc. Nope, I deliberately got myself thrown off FB a few years back :-)

That's a shame – I would have shared the pics of my "Bostonian artillery". I have green and blue versions. The zvezda limber sets make them stunning little vignettes

Marc do you have a blog?

Marc the plastics fan12 Jul 2019 2:22 p.m. PST

Sorry, no. Hence why I went to FB. I find the ease of posting pics makes it worth while

Posting / uploading pics to Blogger is as easy if not easier than FB..and cross Posting is as easy.

That may be true Paul – I have an idea for a blog that is just waiting for me to get some mental space.

But FB is a good site for me. I am never sure why so many people get heated up by it. Yes, it has adverts, and clearly looks at my Amazon search history, but as I am not ordering anything risqué or illegal I don't worry.

I am on a number of "groups" so can follow my interests with ease. Where it falls down is lack of a good "history" – it is just a non-stop scroll of posts. But for instant gratification it works well.

If you wish, drop me a note at

marc dot flack at sayervincent dot co dot uk

and I will send you some piccies of my Imagi artillery etc
