Well tonight I am back from this dawghousing thing, so I will say again how much I like the "Rocketman". But the Infantry officer intrigues me. I know him. He is not FR, he is not Perrys, I cannot recall him from BGMins or Three Armies. He is simply brilliant wahtever |

Well Deadhead, I was shocked – Dawghousing sounded a bit like something that is done in secluded carparks at warmer times of the year….
Thanks for your kind comments – the officer is from Warlord – he may have been a limited edition figure given away with Black powder or one of the supplements. |

It is surely a reflection of the folk who frequent this forum if I am seen as one of the most sensible and rational people here. No, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa. Trying to be witty but Internet is funny thing and an insult inadvertently caused… The officer I really like, but of course he is "straight from the box". What is so clever is the conversion work in the mounted rocketeer. It is so hard to model mounted HA gunners of any nation. I have a cunning plan for Netherlands though…one day! |

I really enjoyed following your tutorial on the rocketeers. Thanks and well done! Btw; I think the rocket stick length is fine as it appears that your vignette has a large warhead (18pdr was the largest carried by the RHA Rocket troops). The length of stick varied according to the size of the warhead ie the larger the warhead the longer the associated stick. |
