Does anyone know where to find some 1/1200 scale Leander class frigates? I would like to get a couple to compliment my Rothesay, and Tribal class frigates for the Cod Wars.

Well, Cod Wars and whatever else I can find to use them for….

I think I saw a set on Shapeways being made specifically for Cod Wars.

Otherwise try ebay. You can finds some used ones fairly cheaply or search Triang Minic.

There are quite a few 1/1200 dealers around who will have reasonably priced examples from Skytrex and Mountford to name but two. Try "The Anchorage" – Stuart Barnes Watson, or Dreadnought Models – Save Willcocks. Both are naval wargamers

Allen57,
I have most of those, but there aren't any Leanders among them. That selection includes HMS Exmouth and a Tribal class frigate. There was another store selling a model of HMS Plymouth, but she is a Rothesay class which has a noticeably different hull form.

DM,
I have catalogs from both of them, and they didn't show any Leanders. I need to send them an email so I can get on their "wish lists." I also looked at that link and no luck, so I'll just keep checking back.

BJ,
Um, yeah, but no. I don't think the MBD (Matrimonial Budget Department) would approve of that expenditure. I don't know why she hates the troops, but there you go….
