Our group played a Mexican-American War battle 28mm using modified Fire & Fury rules. The Mexicans held off the attacking Americans and won the battle!!
Rob, Rick, Roman, Oscar and I enjoyed the game playing at the Dragon's Lair in San Antonio Texas. We are all members of the Lone Star Historical Miniatures (LSHM) club.
Figures are primarily Old Glory and painted/based/labeled by myself. I am building (now 90% complete) the OOB for Palo Alto. We plan to play the game/battle at the Palo Alto battlefield visitors center this fall.

lecoqfou.blogspot.com I'm using the very nice "So Far From God" range from Bill Moreno's Good Ground Miniatures outfit. Also using the 10mm Blaze Away ACW miniatures now owned by Lancashire Games. I need to update my blog, I have more finished units to add. I just got some reinforcement in the mail. Slowly nearing completion of the Mexicans. Hoping that Bill releases the mounted Mexican generals and either Presidial or Irregular cavalry as well. |

Mounted Generals are already at the casting company. Should be here mid-February and ready for sale. Also included in the same shipment are Tulancingo Cuirassier and Jalisco Lancers. Irregular Cav will be next. Presidial Cav after that. |
