Warlord are retiring some models soon and have put remaining stocks on sale.

Some for remastering and some are being deleted. Of interest for WW2 gamers are the metal British and US Airborne some of the seperate heads, and quite a lot of early war British including the some of the VBCW/Seelöwe packs, Dad's Army and the Armadillo and Carden Lloyd. How many of these will reappear at some point I don't know, but would be surprised to see the metal Airborne back now there are plastic sets for both.

Pretty pricey for a last chance offer.

Not so much a sale as a notice that they are being deleted.

Is it me or are they determined to erase every last trace of Paul Hicks's good work?

What in particular are they trying to erase?

If anyone is interested apparently the Test of Honour rules and figures are going back to the games designers and will continue in production under their control. I wonder if Warlord have overreached themselves and are trying to cut down a bit. They have a huge and diverse range and with new games like Cruel Seas coming online maybe don't have enough capacity to keep it all in production and promoted.

Some of it is Footsore, so presumably still available directly from them. Some Renendra packs – the same. Inflatable shells might also be available elsewhere.
