I just saw some painted winter germans on another forum. The poster noted they were EWM winter Germans that were formerly the Sgt Majors Panzergrenadiers range and that EWM was re-releasing all of the Sgt Majors 20mm WWII figure ranges.

Any idea who the sculptor is? Would love to see the ranges expanded.

Good to see that range get a 2nd life

I was told the sculptor had serious health issues and stopped working a couple years back. He did have a talent for sculpting some dynamic poses. Certainly they can find someone who works in a similar style if they decide on expansion.

That's a great fookin' shame as I would much rather they employ the same dude to ensure a consistency of style.
