I just snagged and saved this, I'll make a .pdf of it and do one pass with editing.

However I'm not a graphics mavin, so if someone wants to help in order to polish this up to make it look as professional as possible…

I am glad you enjoyed it! I oreserved it on my blog, but but looks like the image links are broken. I may be able to restore them via the "way back machine". Unfortunately, it has not proved possible to contact the author of this excellent material.
