Gluing and painting a 38T and Panzer II from warlord, the former being a plastic kit and the latter a resin model.

However the 38T seems a little small in comparison. The 38 is lower in height than the PzII but wiki, for what that's worth, is saying the 38T is taller 7.5 vs 6.6 ft tall.

Are warlords resin and plastic models the same scale?

They are supposed to be, but model makers have a long history of not getting things quite right. Even the likes of Tamiya get it wrong sometimes.
IIRC the Panzer II was one of the models Ian Crouch did for Chieftain Miniatures which Warlord bought out. The 38t is probably scaled up from the PSC 1/72 version.

Can anyone provide a link to pictures of a PzII and 38T in close proximity?

Looking at the Bovington tankfest footage the 38T certainly looks small.

Here is a picrure of Warlord Panzer 38t and a 3D printed Panzer II. PzII looks lower than the 38t.
