I've had the misfortune to develop a burning need to start a dark ages project in 15mm, and will be starting with Peter Pig figures, because I'm a big fan of their offerings.

I expect that I will be painting a good many shields free hand, but I would also like to avail myself of some shield transfers. As far as I can see Little Big Men doesn't offer ones specifically for Peter Pig shields, but has anyone found the transfers sized for another manufacturer to be a good fit for Peter Pig? I'm certainly open to other suppliers of transfers besides LBM too.

Thanks for your input!

I've used LBM for my peter pig vikings. I used the Khurusan sets of their 15mm figs as my 15mm were Khurusan as well as Peter Pig. They work on both lines with no real problem.

Firstly thanks for buying PP 15mm James. Secondly maybe you can send through an article about your adventures with shoed transfers to the 15 Mill magazine. martinraegoddard at gmail.com

Great! GGouveia, I'll give the Khurasan ones a try, thanks for sharing your experience. An Jarrovian, good to know about Veni Vidi Vici, I'll keep them in mind too going forward.

Martin, sure I'd be happy to send in some text and photos about my experience.

VVV are slightly too small for Old Glory shields – my guess is that they'd be exactly right for PP.
