Great, well written battle report! Is the 3rd edition much different from the second, which is the one I have? (Sadly, like all too many of my rules, it remains unplayed). Looks like you had a great time! |

Thank you! Unfortunately, I don't have 2.0 to compare it to. :( I, too, have had this game for a while and this was the first time I'd ever played it. It was fun, though, even though I was playing both sides and only a barely legal 50 points each. But the fact that it worked well even at that level suggests a solid game design. |
