They look great! Will you be mounting them for war games? I see you have 16 for the French per unit: 4 stands of 4 figures? I did the D'Apchon French dragoons (yours with sky blue cuffs and fatigue cap body) but used orange; dark blue; orange; dark blue equal sized "blocks" all around the blanket edge, and on the edge of the fatigue cap. Those were Old Glory 15 figures, info came from Pengel & Hurt 8/5 by 11 home-printed works. That unit appears in Nafziger orders of battle much more than any other French dragoon regiment. |
