Ral Partha releases four Christmas miniatures in 25-28mm including a Santa who beheads a reindeer and a possessed gift. That's enough to start a pretty Hott army.

The Snow Queen could be painted a number of ways and used in very different situations. The other evil Christmas stuff would not be popular around here.
