Why don't we place roadside bombs in Taliban.controlled areas and just blame them when hear about them. Same goes for Pakistan?

If it's "Taliban controlled territory", won't they notice a bunch of Yanks, or >>cough cough<< "contractors" deploying IEDs?

And if you want to do Pakistan, why not Germany too, or France? They annoy us occasionally.

…meanwhile, across Iraq and Afghanistan and Syria hundreds more civilians died this week being bombed by "the good guys" for doing nothing but being in the way.

Perspective please.
