The link in the OP is actually to a sub-page. Go up one level, and you will see a much larger array of information on the Romanian army of WW1 and WW2:

That said, it appears that the last time it was updated may have been waaaaay back in about 2001. So I'm not going to hold it up as a goldmine of current best historical sources. Still, a bit of mining may turn up some valuable dust.

And as Romania in WW2 is a personal area of interest for me, I'm off to dig around a bit …
