Hi All,

Warlord has made available a downloadable [updated] QRS -

PDF link

Btw, I just checked this in my PDF editor, and it can be edited – changing the embedded font style used to another might be required, but this allows gamers to make changes/edits/updates to it if desired.

I wonder… if they removed all that space-wasting artwork, they could squeeze that 3-page document down to two.

ernieR31 Dec 2018 8:28 a.m. PST

i'm just glad to hear it can be edited to remove that printer unfriendly artwork .

Wackmole931 Dec 2018 8:28 a.m. PST

I just redid the critical hits table to a list and replaced the picture.

Nice!

Wackmole, in addition to that, are you going to fold in any of Dave Manley's changes to your QRS?

2nd question – would this be something you could host a link to?

I think a lot of us would find this very useful, and if you're going to invest the time in modding yours, might this be something that could be shared? :)

Hi

Sorry but I'am not that tech savoy.

FlyXwire31 Dec 2018 9:24 a.m. PST

No problem!

Maybe someone else (one of these youngsters here) has the motivation and inclination for the task – obviously, I'm trying to con someone else into doing this, rather than myself. :)))

Thanks for sharing this.

Excellent, thanks.

It may be free, but there is a copyright notice on it. Not sure editing it and hosting it someplace else is actually allowed…

Good point PzG! (we'll stay submerged on retrofits instead)

Notice that the picture is a Lend-Lease 4-stacker destroyer. Not listed in the current catalogue

My first two thoughts were:
1. Same as Mutant Q above, couldn't they make it fit on 2 pages, e.g. by omitting the "art work" and making other better use of the real estate (e.g. the wasted space above and below the Skill Test box on page 1)?
2. The caption on the "art work" reads "…The explosions shake the St. Nazaire as the British are discovered." Wasn't it HMS Campbeltown in the St. Nazaire raid? It wasn't "the St. Nazaire".

Sorry - only verified members can post on the forums.
