hi all,

does anybody know what the limber colours were for the confederates in the west.

Not sure if anything was done different out west for the bad guys.;) But for the Union it was the same olive green they used for the gun carriage no matter east or west

BW I covered that in the link andy gave you. The colors are olive for the limbers cassions and carriages. This is what was in the arsenals at the beginning of the war and what was there after the war.

remember though paint colors isn't the most consistent when it come to shades, vary lighter and darker between batteries.
