We just had a successful poll for a separate 'Wanted' section of the Marketplace to appear on the TMP Front Page to alleviate the problem of daily commercial shop For Sale listings pushing other items off the front page.
TMP link Currently, this is partially implemented. There are now separate Wanted listings in each of the genre Marketplace boards, but they do not have their own Front Page amalgamated listing at the time of this typing. I hope the Front Page separation is mechanically feasible and can be implemented. Continuing the helpful spirit of the separate Wanted listing, please let's have 3 separate Marketplace items for the TMP Front Page: Wanted, For Sale, and Commercial For Sale. That way both the fleamarkety Wanted and For Sale items won't be rapidly shoved off the front page, and they will be easier to visually scan without having to hunt for them between the constant stream of listings from the shops. |

The proposal was to add the boards to TMP Marketplace, not to create a separate forum for them.  |

"This is a plea for a separate 'Wanted' section in Marketplace, to appear separately on the 'front' TMP page." Not a forum, but it was to provide a separate front page listing where currently all new Marketplace listings are jumbled in chronological order, and the shop listings push everything off the bottom rather quickly. |

I agree with miniMo, that was the intent of my original post, to stop the tide of for sale, and commercial for sale, from pushing the wanted requests off the front page. |
