link Evening, Those with a good memory will recall the scenario post for this game back in September, a combination of holiday, illness and general boneidleness (not to be confused with the Military Commander of the same name) it's taken till now to complete and write up. Albuera is certainly one of the most balanced battles of the period and I have seen both sides walk away with the victory in previous refights. Once again this was a close run thing. It was also the first run out for my Quarrie version of GdeB and even if I have to say that myself, it went well. Definitely got my passion for Napoleonic gaming back. Very nice indeed. Kings colours to the right, there's a good chap. Nice to see a game in the ' Grand manner'. Best wishes, Chris |

Even with Guards regiments, except it looks the other way around at a glance. One suspects some units have done and about face and a move to the rear. EEEEEEH, Not that any lads from God's Own County would do such a thing.
