Has anyone played a multiplayer (more than 2) game of SAGA or know of any sources?

The ones I can think of are A feast for Crows, in the original (v1) rulebook. Most recently the new Book of Battles has a whole chapter dedicated to 'mass battles'. There's three dedicated scenarios in that, but it also contains new rules at the start of the chapter for playing multiplayer games. You could use said rules to go nuts with your own custom scenarios or even tweak some of the other 'normal' scenarios in the book. Hope this helps.

The Book of Battles has 3 multi-player scenarios, but we play Saga this way all the time, either 2 v 2 games with (for example) Anglo Danes + Welsh vs Normans + Vikings, or we've also played 2 v 1 games (10 points of Normans v 5 points each on Anglo Danes + Vikings).
All work well.

I always loved that "Feast of Crows" scenario. A game within a game. If you can make eye contact with one of the other two players and give them a hidden wink… you're gold! Espionage in its most basic form!! Great fun!
