They are still available and I was in touch with Dale Kemper just today. He has sold the rights but still has permission to sell the figures by mail. Currently, the figures are $1.00 USD per single infantry figure, $2.50 USD for cavalry, and $3.00 USD for each artillery piece. Once the new owner takes over the prices will go up.
