In the Pacific, one or more snorkelers have been killed by sharp-billed fish, attacking towards a bright, shiny necklace, and it impaling the wearer through the mask lens and eye, into her brain. Freak accidents do occur. Moral to the story on that one is don't wear jewelry while snorkeling. |
