Please visit Col Campbell's Barracks and help me identify the manufacturer of what I hope are Napoleonic Prussian landwehr figures.

Please either answer here or on the blog posting (or both!).

Thanks so much!

I do not know. But I'm going to go out on a limb and say a CW code means he's a (Russian) Crimean War figure--Minifigs, maybe?--and not Prussian Napoleonic at all.

I don't think it's Landwehr. The figure on the right has gaiters, seems to be wearing a greatcoat (looks too long for a Litewka) and has his blanket or tunic rolled up on top of I guess a knapsack. Those don't seem correct to me for Landwehr.

Not Minifigs but almost certainly Russian Crimean Wae

Robert – Thanks, you may be correct that they are Crimean War figures. But they are not MiniFigs. I have enough of the varius styles of MiniFigs to know that.

4th Cuirassier -- In light of Robert's post, you may have picked out details that I didn't notice.

I could have sworn they were described as Prussian landwehr when I got them. But perhaps the seller was guessing as well?

Still looking for the name of the manufacturer.

They look like Lamming Miniatures. Lamming used the type of code shown on the bottom, and the rifle looks like some I've seen on Lamming castings.

Best guess…

Another old company that used rectangle bases like that wasFrontier but I do not remember AcW range.

Mystery Solved!

They are, thanks to hints above, old Frontier figures. See link
The infantry figures are on the top and bottom rows and the officer is on the far right of the second row. Frontier did manufacture Crimean War figures which accounts for the "CW" on the bases.

And once I saw this other posting on Noble Knight Games, I recalled that this is where I procured them.

Thanks to everyone for your help. I appreciate it.

Jim
