Here are the commanders for my 15th century project, recently finished. The heraldry I designed myself. Moslty Perry Miniatures, with a few from Steel Fist sneaked in.

Those are really nice looking. It helps immensely to start with good miniatures, but the paint jobs do them justice. I am especially impressed with the flesh areas. I think the only way to improve these is to make a whole more to go with them. grin
