I think you'll have to add them yourself with Greenstuff or Milliput. |

Tissue paper and pvc glue works too. Old style tin or lead foil tubing from paint tubes and wine bottles was a great thing…hard to get now. |

Don't know if this still works, some people used to use toothpaste tubes. |

Paper, hit with watered down glue, a la papier-mâché. Using some textured papers or paper towels can give nice fabric effects.
You can also go to your FLGS – if they have a bucket of HeroClix for cheap, many of the caped and cloaked figures will be in there (you can usually get a handful of Superman and Batman, since there are usually a couple different models of each in every new release. |

Like Travellera says, some of the Fireforge kits like Templars, Teutonics, and mounted sergeants have plastic capes with a hole for the head to fit thru. I have some spare ones for free if you want to try them out. |

The Fireforge cloaks can also be temporarily softened with a heat gun to give a more natural positioning. |

Don't be lazy. Save some money and grow your sculpting/converting skills. Remember that most separate cloaks won't be very one size fits all, so you will still need to do some work if you don't want them to look stuck on. |
