It is the season for massive shopping/shipping and the Post Office is obviously overwhelmed. Everyone I talk to has horror stories about delayed packages.

As a counterpoint, I made an order with Company B a week or so ago. I received an email that the order was pulled, another that it was shipped, an update email, and a final email that it was delivered. Nary a problem and received everything in about a week, when everyone else's packages have been lost in the mail.

I vote that we put Company B in charge of the US Postal system, FedEx and UPS.
