Please see here for the details of the latest battle in my ECW campaign, as King Charles tries to lead his army out of a trap set for him by the Earl of Manchester…

Plus two campaign updates, one for January 1644 link and one for February 1644 link

Great to see the campaign back, are the dour grey ranks of covenanters about to make an appearance? Very interesting the Scots supply rule, sounds like Charles vasey got this one right to me.

Thanks Timbo W

are the dour grey ranks of covenanters about to make an appearance?

They are in the box, all fully painted, based and beflagged – at least the Foot are and some of the Guns. The Horse is 'on its way', so they might be ready for the first battle involving them, might not.

Of course, given 'first battle syndrome', I am expecting them to get absolutely hammered when they do arrive!
