Do folks use mounted scouts in Biblical period games.
Never thought thought they really had a battle use. More messanger. CP 28mm Miniatures have Sumerian scouts. Really cool looking riding donkeys. Could be pushing it as light cavalry. But interesting.

I have not – I think as you do that they were mostly scouts and messengers, not actual light cavalry
