Brilliant. I am a huge Paul Hicks fan.

The title puzzled my. I could not see what tables they were facing, but, as I scanned down, the penny dropped DURRRRR(Grin)

In Italy I still ask for the bill. Every time, the waiter will say "Il Conti, he is sitting over there at the best table". So I say instead "Il Conto, per favore" and a machine arrives to eat my card.
