I've read ALOT of good reviews of these rules. I would like
to try them out, using the freebie rules one can download.
But the freebies do not show how to convert to 1 to 1.
Can anyone tell me how to do it?

I am interested in how this shakes out. FFT3 is a very interesting set of rules. Love the detail and the OOB.

Just count each model as 1 vehicle/squad instead of 5 and halve command ranges. That is basically what the full rules say to do.

We playvthem exactly as written, just adjusting to TO&E. 1 vehicle = 1 vehicle, each stand is a squad. Wirks great.

Yea, but then there's the flank and rear facings issues to deal with, perhaps, if going 1:1.

Maybe half the armor value for defense vs. non-frontal attacks?

Thanks! I'll see how the freebies work and decide if I want to buy the full rules……….

FFT3 already has rules and values for front/flank. It is one of the things I like about it.
