This is a really excellent Norwegian film about the first few days of the German invasion of Norway as told primarily from the viewpoint of the Norwegian royal family. Great acting, a restrained but fascinating plot. There are a couple of brief but well done battle scenes. It seems to be fairly historically accurate as well. YouTube link |

I thoroughly enjoyed it as well. There have been several WW2 films out over the last few years that have been pretty good, and quite different. |

Looking forward to this one! My Grandpa came to the US in 1900, but all of his brothers and sisters stayed behind. I would love to see a film about one of my "other" homelands and the events during WWII. |
