This is a really excellent Norwegian film about the first few days of the German invasion of Norway as told primarily from the viewpoint of the Norwegian royal family. Great acting, a restrained but fascinating plot. There are a couple of brief but well done battle scenes. It seems to be fairly historically accurate as well. YouTube link

I thoroughly enjoyed it as well. There have been several WW2 films out over the last few years that have been pretty good, and quite different.

Looking forward to this one! My Grandpa came to the US in 1900, but all of his brothers and sisters stayed behind. I would love to see a film about one of my "other" homelands and the events during WWII.

There is also the film April 9th, about the German invasion of Denmark.
