The issue 2 of our rules progresses. However some of the "new"rules were introduced as bulletins. This meant we could describe in detail the why's and wherefores of the new rules as well as introduce the rules. The rules are simple enough to add in however what to do with these, probably too detailed designers notes? Adding to the end of the rules looks bad, folk seem to panic about page count even if not all the pages are used for rules. Should I just leave the bulletins up even though eventually (probably early next year) be obsolete? For interest the bulletins are on Wargames vault Maneouver Group bulletins 1 and to and are free. |

I don't see an issue of adding them to the end. If you're worried about space, print them in a smaller, more compressed font. I always like to see designers' notes. What rules are we talking about? |

If it is on WargameVault you can have the notes be a separate PDF. |

That's what I would do. Working on a set of rules for Border Reivers now and the plan is PDF only, simple B&W of just the rules, then a separate booklet in color of examples, diagrams, clarifications, notes, etc. etc. |
