It is an interesting looking design, and might be well suited to use in the NE, but to me, it looks like the undercarriage is missing the modern "v" shape that is critical for anti IED application.

Probably would have been cheaper and easier for the Netherlands to buy surplus MRAPs or even brand-new JLTVs from the US.
