I hope it's ok to post this here. I've just finished making the molds and tutorials for the space fortress project. These are meant for 1:285 scale games such as Battletech, Epic 40K, Mechwarrior, CAV, Ogre and other sci-fi themed games.
Here's a photo of what the molds can make. For this project, you would pour dental stone (a hard type of plaster you mix with water) into the molds to make building blocks. You can find this project at link
This photo gives you some idea of the scale of the blocks. I spent most of this year working on the project.
Years ago my gaming group played Battletech and we were always looking for a way to make some good terrain for it. It's been a long time but this year I've finally got around to trying some ideas that would work for the project.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Keep in mind that this is a big craft project, so if you don't like craft projects then this probably isn't for you.
