My search-fu is weak! Can anyone direct me to a source that would have the tank names that served alongside of "Bomb"? From what I understand the Shermans would all start with the letter B being in"B" company. In particular, I'm looking for a firefly and another M4 name to finish the sherman I have, but may add a few more in the future. Now, that said, I'm open to fictional names if I must, so feel free to offer some neat B names also! |

I joined active service in Holland as Troop Commander for B Squadron of the Sherbrooke Fusiliers, which meant I had four tanks under my command each with its own name starting with the letter "B" – Barbara, Be Good, Bohunk, and my personal tank "Bomb". - see link |

Thank you so much,GurKHan – I vaguely remember finding that at one time, and forgot where. Now, what to name the firefly? |

Well, if you're OK with names used in _other_ B squadrons, try "Sherman Firefly Vc T212680 'Belvedere' of B Squadron, Staffordshire Yeomanry…" – link |
