Yeah, I used to run convention games back in the 90s, but I thought it was time I got back into the saddle again.

A friend who recently revived his play ran some games at his place. He prefers the 'vanilla' FT2; plenty fond memories there.

I recently was saying out I wanted to find some special CorSec bases with six fire arcs, as I like the "2.5" changes. He looked slightly rueful, saying "Oh, yeah, you like the Fleet Book version." "Now, Bill, have I EVER turned down a chance to play Full Thrust with your preferences?"

He had to smile and admit I never did…

Sorry I won't make GaryCon, but please let us know how you enjoyed the fleets 'burning noiselessly in the aether…'
