It was back in September that Mr Steve and I decided to walk part of the route on the Three Castles walk in the Marcher Lands of South Wales.

The three castles formerly owned by the Marcher Lord Hubert de Burgh are quite different one to another.

Excellent link, I enjoyed it. I have done Chepstow and the great North Wales castles but I have never reached these. I would like to see the rest some time.

Hi Barry,
Thank you. Yes I have done Chepstow and some of the North Wales castles but a long time ago, so much so that they are back on the list of 'to-dos'.

Cheers
JJ
