Always looking for frostgrave proxies…and wanting to beat tango here….I just discovered and backed tomb guardians…besides an apprentice dwarf wizard I can see a warband out of these folks and I like the fire imp and wraith monsters especially.

The figures are okay, some better than others, but the groupings are just wrong. Wrong. I cannot select the minis I want, in the quantity I want? I have to pay for bundles that will include minis I don't want? No thanks.

I would be interested in the rules, but nowhere in any pledge to you actually GET a rule book. The write-up says you are helping to pay for their development, but you are apparently not getting the rules.

The first stretch goal is at $45 USDK and based on two days of funding, I am already willing to state that is not likely to be unlocked. And flat out forget the second stretch goal which unlocks at $75 USDK.

I wish them success. If they end up with a web site, where I can order the minis I want, in quantities I want, then great. Otherwise, I just don't have a use for a single kobold, a single hobgoblin, a single hobgoblin, a single skeleton, etc.

Heroes grouped as a bundle, with one figure each makes sense. Player characters, you really just need one of each type. But dungeon denizens you tend to encounter in packs.

Love the Skeletal Wolves A/B/C, but no way to order just them… Maybe if they successfully fund, I will find them when they hit retail? Cheers!

Agreed Sgt Slag! Would get a three pack of those wolves without hesitation. Would get 3-6 of their four-armed skeletal warriors without hesitation.

But the first time the three wolves show up is in the $85 USD bundle, and that bundle gives you only one of the four-armed skellies.

One of the bundles lists a proposed retail price, and the wolves are shown as $7.75 USD, and the four-armed skellies as $8.35 USD.

I will just have to wait until (if) these figures ever make it as individual sales.

They added new pledges…best I can see…if you pick an amount at the end you can apply it to figs you want. Granted they aren't totally clear on that.

I like the wraith , imp, and skeleton dogs …skeleton soldier especially. The Dwarf tinkerer is pretty cool too. I hope they fund…the minis are nice.

No chance the will fund. Which is sad, because many of the figures are very nice. I think they needed a dwarven pledge, and a critter mob pledge, and then a big baddie pledge or something along those lines.

I have no use for 1 kobold, or 1 skeleton. Getting a mix of 1 of each Dwarf tossed in with 1 of each critter gives me dwarves I can't use, and not nearly enough of the critters which I can.

They raised 5K in the opening says surge. And since then, only 3K more. If they were to plod on and get another 3K for the remainder of the "slow middle times" and then burst at the end and get 100% of what they got during the opening period … they would still fall well short of funding.

I hope they come back, with a better plan of attack. Like I said, I think they need to focus on one thing to start, and then have small packs of figs you can order two or three of more packs of. Might only need one dwarf tinkerer, but perhaps an entire group of all the warriors. So a person could get one of the "personalities packs" and three of the rank and file packs (for example).
