HMGS-east informs me that every convention in 2019 will have an "extreme terrain" theme. I believe in that case, given another four months of demolition work on the Host, every event at Cold Wars 2019 should automatically qualify as a "theme game." But the winners of any trophy will have to share with the contractors.

Anyone in disagreement?

What does "extreme terrain" theme mean. No Felt, No Book HillS, No Pipe cleaners, No Nasty old green styrofoam hills, No geohex, no Ratty old Trees, No Lame cities made of Monopoly pieces. It would ripe the Heart out of the Schedule and leave a smoke hole for a convention.

Clean blank table. Players required to create the terrain in their minds during play. Anything goes…. so that mile deep canyon wall ok just as your opponent starts his charging cavalry at full gallop.
