It seems that there may have been some deleted scenes from, ‘Army of Darkness.' Apparently, the Wisemen learned from a back issue of, "Wiseman, Sorcery and Swordplay," that a 2nd edition of the Necronomicon Ex Mortis had been released. This one included a limited edition codex featuring the Sisters Who Rattle, female Deadites. Our erstwhile hero, Ash Williams, of S Mart fame, was asked to venture out into the deepening woods to retrieve this artifact.

Ash was accompanied by several retinues composed of knights, men-at-arms and archers.

Dice were rolled to see if Ash could remember the phrase given him to recite by the Wiseman but, again, he messed it up. The result determined how quickly the Deadites would respond. Naturally, it was immediately.

After a turn when neither side could roll well enough to move things finally got underway. Surrounded by his retinue, Ash began to retreat with the 2nd edition Necronomicon in hand. A band of Deadites suddenly appeared out of a nearby crypt but another group of knights placed themselves between this new threat and Ash.

The first round of melee went decidedly against the Evil Dead as the knights with their +1 handily beat up the bags of bones. The next round, however, saw the Deadites kill several knights and men-at-arms while other bands of Deadites closed in.

I have so wanted to do this game for a long time. I'm saving some of those pictures and may need to contact you on rules. Thanks a bunch.
