Has anyone used the 'Age of Hannibal' rules from Little Wars TV? They look really good for large scale actions and those who dabble in Ancients rather than diving deep into minutia of early WRG style rules. There is a cool supporting website with a variety of videos: link |

No, but I played a LOT of Chipco Fantasy Battles which they are based on. Those rules were quite good. The Morale clock is a pretty cool mechanism. I think the thing that will give the rules something extra is that they have added traits or similar to the rules allowing you to more readily tailor troop types. I am going to pick up a copy for my 6mm ancients. Thanks. |

I just bought Hannibal Rules two weeks ago. Our group has played 2 games using the original beta rules. They are close enough to the new rules. They work really well- much like DoK. For Rome vs. Carthage they are perfect. I would like to use for my Egypt, Assyria and other Biblical armies. The siege and campaign rules are a bonus. |

My friend and I just finished our first game this afternoon. When he starts talking about the next time we play AoH, I know that he is hooked on it like I am. Thanks Greg! Mumbasa |

I picked up acopy. They look great. One question that wasn't clear to me: in the scenario OOB, when it gives unit cost, and then a multiplier like x3, or x8, does that mean the number of bases? For example, the Trebia scenario Roman Consular Army, line 1, Velites, cost column says 20 (x8). Does that mean 8 stands of velites on the table? |

Yessir, that's what it means! You are correct. |
