After I will release 1792 Les Bleus, my Mass Army Project 2018 is fulfilled. At least first round.

Already released MAP 2018 sets are:
1792 Prussians

1792 British

East Indian Company Sepoys

Nizam-i-Jedid

1794 Spaniards comes with second round, because I was supplied with wrong uniform pictures and Spaniard doll (from first doll's mould) presented not line infantry but militia. I will prepare next doll's mould for Spaniards and there are some space for couple of new sets dolls too.

So I run Pre-Christmas offer to sculpting couple of Mass Army Project infantry sets.
Set contains Officer, Flagbearer, Drummer and marching Troopers.
As before, the cost of sculpting the Set is 96 EUR.

So if anybody is interested, let me know here.

maybe just for convenience – add an well needed NCO as well – the Prussian NCO – looks very nice for example.

my pledge would be

Bavarian Infantry in Rumford uniform and Kasket
Hessian Infantry of 1793

Has anyone spoken up for 1794 Netherlands? If so, are they in the second wave? Unfortunately, I don't have sources for what the should look like.

well speak up and then let's find information.

In second wave there are Spaniards and Janissaries so far.
I like von Winterfeldt choices. It is best to order Revolutionary period troops, then all MAP sets will fit together.

NCO will be added to MAP 2019 Christmas offer, I hope.
I still don't have useful NCO dolls ready.

this is a plate from Hessian Army of 1789 – it should give good information

I hope that Valmy92 opts for Dutch, I just ordered a book about the topic.

The Secret Expedition is about the British-Russian landing in Holland in 1799.

Dr F.G. de Wilde: De uniformen van het Nederlandse leger ten tijde van de Bataafse Republiek en het Koninkrijk Holland 1795-1810. Amsterdam, 1999.

This book is in Dutch, but has many pictures, including many by Suhr (see: link

The Suhr pictures are mostly for the Kingdom of Holland (1806-1810, white uniforms)but the previous uniforms (blue) are from the Bataafse Republiek.

Russians in old shako but cut hair, 1809-12? Maybe like the ones you did.

The thing is for the funny little things like "French" Portuguese or mixed uniform croatians, I do not need numbers that would warrant 100€ of investment, having not (yet😉) got the lottery tight.
But I could share.

so seemingly at the moment I am the only one for the pledge?
Valmy92 – Dutch of 1793/95?

Valmy9230 Oct 2018 5:42 p.m. PST

I've been hesitant to because I don't have the sources for them. Happy to step up if I can get that help. I found some things on the New York Public Library Vinkhuisen (or however it's spelled) collection, but don't really have descriptions I can confirm what I'm looking at.

I got very good information about the soldiers, what is lacking – drummers, officers, NCOs

I was two weeks on fieldworks and not sculpted mutch, so there are lot of time to decide and collect uniform info.

patrick76631 Oct 2018 1:53 p.m. PST

Sho, would the 1st Eclaireurs be of interest to anyone?

Patrick

von Winterfeldt01 Nov 2018 4:38 a.m. PST

not for me

Sho Boki Sponsoring Member of TMP01 Nov 2018 4:47 a.m. PST

Eclaireurs are cavalry. Mass Army Project contains only infantry.

At moment the commissioned projects still on table are Les Bleus 1792, Spaniards 1794 and Early Austrian Jägers. And I may take couple more infantry projects to fulfill the dolls mould.

Cavalry sets may be ordered as usual. Mass Army Projects are just cheaper and are available as Christmas Offers for short periods.

Valmy9202 Nov 2018 5:16 p.m. PST

I'll step up and do the Dutch. Couldn't find a link on the website to do it, just the single figur sculpt. Can you point me in the right direction?

The Christmas offer page is hidden right now.
We will choice here (on TMP), which are the best two sets to do, before I open this ordering page. At first I finish Les Bleus and prepare Spaniard doll, then we decide.

No more than two sets can be done on this round, so with your Dutch so far there are von Winterfeldt Hessians and Bavarians on wish list.

von Winterfeldt03 Nov 2018 5:45 a.m. PST

Don't forget the Austrian Jäger
