the re enacted – Gardes Nationales Volontaire du Haut Rhin – developed into the 177e demi brigade de bataille, and later into the 22e demi brigade de ligne – for more

They have set the benchmark for all future reenactors, especially von Winterfeld (aka Jean Charles Blanche) for all NCOs of all nations!
