I have a few boats the same size.
I forgot I had them, thought I had sold them. Glad they turned up again while looking for something else.* I now have 6! Now that my AWI gaming is almost exclusively skirmish, scenario ideas keep popping up.
Sag Harbor, Penobscot, Trenton, Boston Harbor…

A few years ago, MacDonalds had oar shaped coffee stirrers, and I had about fifty in the same box. Mac Donald's stopped using that design when they became notorious for being used to sniff cocaine. grin

And when I sold off my pirates a few years ago, nobody wanted the guys that just looked like sailors.
My previously unloved children are now loved again.

This is of course a fit scenario for the splendid Eureka Glover's Marbleheaders.

*((Of course I still haven't found the Zrinyi StuGs I was looking for, but at least I found the boats.))

Winston-

You're the first person I've seen who also wants to try a go at Meig's Raid.
There's a thread from a week ago titled "Whaleboat Service" on the AWI board. I listed some source materials there.

That is another inspiration. Thanks for that.
