Something to ponder. Looks like international may be going up again. And First Class is going to become zone dependent.

Overall not a good sign when shipping from China looks to remain still heavily discounted by the USPS. They keep losing millions shipping Epacket for free and making up those losses at US shippers expense.

I can not pass this increase on, so it is going to come out of my pocket.

Good luck out there.

Just get a buddy in China to remail packages you send there first. Simple enough.

5 cent jump, or 10% for a First Class stamp, so I heard.

I don't see how they can justify 12% – 13% rate increases for other stuff.

Looks like a good opportunity for others to pick up more business, but of course, they'll probably just mirror their increases too, in order to squeeze customers.

$3 USD for a 1 oz. "package" is just extortion!

They are trying to get out of the package business it seems… slows the carriers down at the mailbox and makes for more trips back to base to fill the truck up again.

Big shake up coming. Us is pulling out of the UPU. No more free shipping from China at tax payer expense.
