A) What scale/size figures?
B) Figure conversions or readily available stand-ins?
C) Which rules?
D) What terrain? Traditional Chinese pieces? A mix?
E) Anything else?

Not yet, but bought A Fistful of Kung Fu to try it. The rules have 28mm figures in several factions. Need more figs to round out movie cast.

Played the board game. Thought it kinda meh….
